Roasted tomato soup

On cold winter days I crave for two things: hot chocolate, and a warm soup – although not preferrably both at the same time! čśŤ

Since this recipe only requires a handful of ingredients it’s perfect for days when the fridge is almost empty, or when you come home late from work and want to warm up and fill your belly with something wonderfully delicious and yet simple.

Enjoy!
