Sauté garlic and green chili in oil in a frying pan for one minute, add rice, broth, kidney beans, tomatoes, belll peppers, chili and cumin, stir and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and lett simmer for 20 minutes, untouched. Add salt to taste, squeeze some lime juice on top and garnish with avocado and cilantro.
