fixed expressions flickering when mod uses SKSE functions to set modifiers or phonemes, set higher priority to eyes movement, so that it won't be overriden by dialog modifiers, added optional plugin that allows to configure eyes blinking and movement using MCM menu, removed restriction on setting expression for dead npcs, changed the way how different modifiers interact with each other, it should eliminate most of the problems with eyes when using mods that dynamically change character's expressions, added support for Address Library by meh321, so now it is in requirements, fixed eyes blinking function, it will work for player now (can be disabled/configured in ini file), fixed bug with knock down effect that breaks eyes blinking, fixed bug when setting phoneme or modifier cause all npc's eyes animation (blinking and movement) to be suspended, fixed rare issue when plugin doesn't start because of memory allocation failure. This means Devious Devices and its mods won't work until DD gets its SKSE plugin updated.

Fixes "mfg modifier", "mfg phoneme", "mfg reset" console commands and adds new command "mfg info" that shows all currently applied modifiers. 2g- Paste the 4 objects you Copied in Step 2d into the open SSE folder I've tried a dozen or so human animations and they all work. It improves the look of the expressions as some of the defaults can look a bit derpy. Adds MfgConsoleFunc script from MfgConsole mod that allows mods that require this script to work in Skyrim SE. :). Fixes eyes blinking for player (eyes blinking can be configured in ini file). Should be used with MfgFix 1.5.2 or newer.
