Zucchini balls


Zucchini balls

  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp + 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup grated zucchini
  1. Combine oats, almonds and chia seeds in a bowl. Add almond butter, agave and cinnamon and mix well.
  2. Place the grated zucchini in a cheese cloth (or paper cloth) and try to squeeze as much of the water out as possible. Add it to the mixture and roll into balls with damp hands. Place the balls on a plate and place it in the fridge for one hour to set. Enjoy!
