Zucchini Chips

Having always been a huge movie-fan, friday night usually means movie night, and of course there will always be something to snack on during the movie. I love making my own snacks, and sometimes it’s raw balls, other times something a little more savory, like these zucchini chips.


Super tasty, healthier than the regular potato chips, and perfect movie snacks!

Zucchini Chips

  1. 1 zucchini, sliced thinly
  2. 2 cups non dairy milk
  3. Panko
  4. 2 cups flour
  5. oil, for frying
  1. Pour flour in a plastic pag and panko bread crumbs in another. Pour the milk in a bowl. Dip the zucchini slices in the milk and then transfer to the bag with flour. Shake until covered in flour, then dip them in the milk again, and finally put them in the bag with the panko and shake until covered in bread crumbs.T
  2. Heat a skillet with oil and fry the zucchini chips until golden, about 3 minutes on each side. Lower the heat if they brown too quickly. Let dry on some kitchen towels and serve as they are or with a dipping sauce!
